For hotel guests’ meals, accommodations and entertainment are included along with the use of the facility. Some activities do have nominal fees and they are

indicated. During Spring, Summer and Fall our Unlimited Fun Package includes use of go carts, bumper boats, fun park with rock wall and inflatables, bowling, and paintball shootout. *subject to seasonal availability

European plan rates are also available. These rates only include the guest room accommodation and complimentary use of some facilities and entertainment.

We do offer day trips to local attractions such a Monticello Racino, New York City, Woodbury Commons and a Rafting Trip on the Delaware River. These Trips are scheduled for specific days and some are seasonal. These trips are based on a first come basis and have a minimum participation requirement. All these trips do have nominal fees associated with them. For more information contact the service desk.
The first night’s stay is required for a deposit when making reservations. To insure confirmation of reservations, a credit card number needs to be given at time of reservation. All deposits are automatically credited toward the last day of your scheduled stay. Deposits will be refunded only if the Cancellation Notice is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled date of arrival. Early Departures forfeit their deposit.

From Memorial Day thru Columbus Day, Coach USA operates bus service from NYC Port Authority to Villa Roma as well as shuttles to local attractions.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.. A credit card or full payment is required at Check-In.

We do not allow pets, but there are many wonderful kennels in the area. Call (800)533-6767 and ask for the Service Desk for more information.

If you are a hotel guest you check-in at the front desk of the main hotel. If you are a Timeshare guest checking in between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Saturday and Sunday 9am – 8pm you will check in at the Timeshare Office located just beyond the main hotel entrance. If you arrive after the Timeshare office closes then you may check-in at the front desk of the main hotel.
For hotel guests, check- in is at 4pm on your arrival day and checkout is 12pm on your departure day. For our Timeshare guests Sunday check-in is 4pm and checkout is the following Sunday at 10am.
Dress for meals is casual. For Dinners, men are requested to wear collared shirts. No hats, please.
Yes, the resort has a list of babysitters available and arrangements can be made through the service desk at (800)533-6767.
Yes, you can see the maitre d’ on the day of check-in for your seating arrangements throughout your stay. The times and where to make your reservations will be on the daily activities schedule when you check in.
Yes, we welcome your guests, but please let the maitre d’ know prior to the meal so he/she can make the appropriate seating and payment arrangements.
Yes, the maitre d’ will need to have a 24 hrs advance notice in order for the bakery to fulfill your request. Please see the maitre d’ on your check-in day or the day before the special occasion to make the arrangements. There is an additional cost.
Please advise the maitre d’ and server, and we will try to accommodate your dietary needs.
Camp is provided during the summer season and select holiday periods. Camp times vary depending on the age of the child. Camp begins around 10 am and ends around 4:30 for the younger children and for the teens and preteens we have evening activities that run until 10 pm – 12 am. Camp schedule changes daily. Please check the kids’ activities page for specific dates camp is in session.
We have a night care program* so mom and dad can sit, relax and watch the show. There is more information on the Children’s Program page.

Yes, we do offer cribs at no additional charge; cots are available only to hotel guests.

The suites and super deluxe rooms are furnished with refrigerators. It is a $10 per night charge if you would like one in the deluxe or standard rooms*. Please request at time of reservation.

Yes. We also have complimentary coffee for early birds in the Roman Garden Café and Eleanor’s Deli, 7:30am-8:30am.
Friday & Saturday are the only nights that reservations are required for the show. Excluding holiday weekends. Reservations are made in the Club Forum and the times the maitre d’ is available are listed on the daily activity sheet.
Yes, our social staff provides a full array of fun activities all day long. Some activities have nominal charges like BINGO, horse racing, and arts and crafts. They will be indicated on the daily itinerary if they have additional charges.
Yes, if there is something that is just for children or adults, it will be specified on the daily activity schedule.
There is no charge for the Gym for Hotel Guests or Timeshare Guests during their scheduled week. There is a charge for Timeshare Guests on any non-owned weeks.
Yes, for detailed information please call at (800)533-6767 and ask for the Fitness Center. There are some nominal charges involved.
Yes, we have the Daily News, New York Post, New York Times, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal which can be purchased at the front desk.

Yes! Villa Roma is happy to announce that we now offer high-speed wireless Internet access. Depending on your location signal strength may vary.

Basic Internet access is complimentary. An upgrade is available at an additional charge to guests who require higher bandwidth for streaming, etc.

Villa Roma Resort is a no smoking facility in all public and private guest areas.
