Ski Hill & Chalet
Guests love coming to the Villa Roma in the winter to ski and snowboard down our three amazing slopes, or take a tube down our two snow tube runs. It’s as easy as hopping one of our 5-minute shuttles from the main resort to the slopes less than a quarter mile away, renting equipment if you don’t have, and hopping on a chair lift. We even have an amazing ski school for young children and beginners to get steady on their feet! Even our youngest skiers can have the thrill of riding our chair lift as it services even our easiest slopes! After a few runs down the slope, relax by the fireplace at our Ski Chalet and sip on a hot beverage to warm up or grab a quick bite to refuel.

Even if it’s cold outside the temperature in our indoor pool is always perfect. Come down for a swim after a morning on the slopes or relax in our hot tubs and saunas.

Outdoor Sports, Games and Activities
When the weather warms, guests enjoy spending the day playing golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, handball, softball, horseshoes, shuffleboard and bocce. Our children’s playground is also a great place to let your kids run around before taking a turn on go carts, bumper boats and zip line. You can also take a turn on a beautiful hiking trail or spend the day relaxing on the water at our catch and release fishing pond.

Horseback Riding
Guests of Villa Roma also have access to our partner Hadley and his amazing horseback riding tours. Meet over by the stables and prepare to be led through acres of extremely beautiful and scenic trails. During the summer, Pony rides can also be requested for children ages 5-10. Even if you’re not riding horses, you’re welcome to come and visit our goats, Lavern and Shirley! They love a bit of company or even a friendly pet hello.
