There is a Charge Point station located outside of the Fitness center. The vehicle owner must have a Charge Point card in order to use it OR they can go to Chargepoint.com to get access.

We can readily accommodate the following special diets/food allergies: Salt Free, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, & Allergies to certain foods such as nuts, garlic, dairy products etc. Other special diets can be accommodated with at least 3-day notice.
Yes, our dining outlets are open to in house guests and the public.
We have an outdoor fire pit across from the main hotel where we hold weekly bonfire’s when weather permits. In addition, there will be two additional on fire pit on the front lawn. Fire Pits are maintained by resort staff only.
We do sell day passes to use certain amenities at the resort. These are of course subject to availability and we advise guests to call ahead to check on prices and availability. Day passes are not offered during the busy summer season.
We do not offer transportation off site to or from the resort. In the past, seasonally Coach USA/Shortline bus service offered transportation to the resort.
In the past, seasonally Coach USA/Shortline bus service offered transportation to Bethel Woods and Resorts World Catskills. At times, the resort will offer trips to some local attractions for a fee and with participation minimums.
We have a 5000 sq ft fitness center on the property with cardio equipment, weight stations and free weights.
We have an ATM located in the main lobby which is accessible 24 hours a day.
Our facility is wheelchair accessible.
We have a few wheelchairs at the resort if our guests need them.
Use of such equipment is strictly forbidden. Villa Roma does not provide such equipment. Guests ride at their own risk.

Our hotel cancellation policy unless otherwise contracted with group sale is one week prior to the date of arrival for a full refund.
At the time of reserving your stay, we require a deposit in the amount of a one-night stay.
Reservations can be modified up to the date of arrival without penalty.

The hotel efficiency suites, both one and two bedroom, include, rang top, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher plus limited cooking and dining utensils.
Yes, we provide dish soap and dish washer tabs in the efficiency suites.

- Due to occupancy limits, Timeshare Units will not be supplied with cots.

Children are not allowed in the Hot Tub.
We request no food or beverages be brought into the indoor pool area. Food & Beverages are available at the outdoor pool area but should be kept out of the pool itself and no glass containers are permitted in this area.
Activity bracelets are included with our resort package with meals stays and give our guests full access to use our go carts, bumper boats, zip line, bowling alley, indoor rock climbing wall, snow tubing, and ski lift tickets.

Yes, we require that all guests and staff to wear a mask/face covering in indoor areas.
Your temperature will be taken upon check-in. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule for another time.
Masks are required entering the restaurants. Once seated you may remove your mask. If you leave your table a mask must be worn.
Masks are required at all times with the exception of when you are in the pool.
You may bring your own mask, but the resort has them available as well if needed.
The resort has hand sanitizer stations in all public areas.
The resort does ask that all guests wear their masks in all public areas both indoors and outdoors.
We are offering daily housekeeping service. The housekeeping staff will not enter if there are guests in your room for both your protection and the protection of our staff. If you do not want service, you can inform our staff and place a do not service sign on your door handle. Towel exchange service is available.
No, we are not limiting capacity.
Covid-19 does impact the operation of some areas of the resort. Certain activities may have limited capacity. We are obligated to be compliant with all current and future governmental mandates.
Yes, you can extend the length of time of a party but we ask for 5 days advanced notice.
