Cancellation Policy

“Force Majeure”. In the event that your reservation cannot be honored due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Villa Roma Resort and Conference Center—including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, utility failures, or other extraordinary events—no refunds will be issued. In such circumstances, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your stay for a mutually agreeable future date, subject to availability. Any rescheduled reservation will be applied at the rate originally paid, and must be completed within twenty four (24) months of the original reservation date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For booking confirmations, the below language should be incorporated into the confirmation emails that guests receive upon completing a reservation. If our booking system permits, I would also recommend adding a checkbox acknowledgment during the online booking process requiring guests to confirm they have read and agree to our terms.
