Villa Roma Gift Cards are prepaid, stored-value cards issued by Fay Hospitality Catskills LLC d/b/a Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center and are redeemable in person at the resort for eligible goods and services sold directly by Villa Roma, including at the front desk for hotel stays and in-person hotel charges, as well as at Villa Roma point-of-sale terminals.
Gift Cards are not credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts, are not FDIC insured, and do not carry implied warranties.

What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points are reward points earned through eligible purchases under the Villa Roma Loyalty Program. Loyalty Points are not a form of currency and may only be used as described in these FAQs and the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Loyalty Points expire five (5) years from the date they are earned, unless redeemed earlier.

What can’t I use a Gift Card for?
Villa Roma Gift Cards:
- Cannot be used for online bookings for resort stays, accommodations, or seasonal packages
- Cannot be used to make spa bookings
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Cannot be applied retroactively to charges already paid
- Cannot be used at third-party vendors, affiliates, or off-property locations
- May not be resold without Villa Roma’s express written authorization

No. Gift Cards cannot be used for online reservations, seasonal packages, ticketing systems, e-commerce purchases, or web-only transactions.

- A maximum total card balance of $10,000

- Physical Gift Cards: Balances may be checked at the front desk, where staff can scan the card, or via an SMS link if a phone number was provided at activation
Do Gift Cards include any bonus or promotional value?
Yes. Villa Roma may offer promotional bonus value on Gift Card purchases, subject to the terms below:
- First-Time Purchase Bonus: When you make your first Gift Card purchase on a registered account (verified using a unique phone number), you may receive a one-time bonus equal to 5% of the eligible purchase amount, which is added at the time of purchase.
- Repeat Purchase / Reload Bonus: Additional Gift Card purchases or reloads made using the same registered account may also receive a 5% bonus, subject to Villa Roma’s current promotional policies.
- How Bonus Value Can Be Used: Promotional bonus value has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be used only in person at the resort toward eligible purchases made directly with Villa Roma (such as hotel stays or on-property charges).
- Program Changes: Villa Roma reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue promotional bonus offers at any time. Any bonus value already added to a Gift Card will not be removed.
Can I give my Gift Card to someone else?
Yes. Gift Cards may be purchased as gifts for others and may be used by the person in possession of the Gift Card. However, the Gift Card will remain registered in the original purchaser’s name and is not transferable or re-registrable once issued.
