Peter Jr. appeared on AMERICAN IDOL IN MARCH OF 2019.

And as the lead singer with the “CRESTS” appearing at The Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park, NJ to film T.J. Lubinsky’s “My Music: Doo Wop Generations” for PBS TV. The show was hosted by Jon “Bowzer” Bauman of Sha Na Na. “Little Anthony” Gourdine starred and featured performances by various Doo Wop Legends such as “The Drifters,” “The Duprees,” “Jay & The Americans,” “The Brooklyn Bridge.”

Peter learned about the music of the past at a very young age, when his father would take him to see Rock ‘n’ Roll shows produced locally in Florida. This is where Peter would meet music legends such as, Charlie Thomas & The Drifters, Carl Gardner & The Coasters, Herb Reed & The Platters & Johnny Maestro (original lead singer of The Crests) & The Brooklyn Bridge, and many others. After becoming friendly with many of the original groups, and seeing them perform every time they would come to Florida, Peter learned more and more about the music and the groups of the 1950’S and 1960’S.

By the time he was 11, he was singing the music of Doo Wop groups like Frankie Lymon & The Teenagers; he also had started doing a tribute to the “Legendary Elvis Presley”. Peter would perform his act as a part of his father’s show.

Peter has been performing with his father since he was just 3 years old, working major venues across the country including, Westbury Music Fair, Florida Atlantic University, Resorts and the Hilton Hotels in Atlantic City and the Coral Springs Center For The Arts.

At 21, he has matured into one of the best Singer/Dancer/Performers on the music scene today, and his audiences respond with delight from the minute
