Sound & Soul: A Restorative Sound Healing Experience
Step into a deeply calming, immersive wellness journey at The Villa Roma with Sound & Soul, a guided sound healing experience led by our certified practitioners-in-residence, Lisa Martineli, Jaquel Theis.
This thoughtfully designed session uses layers of therapeutic sound—including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, ZenChimes, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and Indigenous instruments—to gently guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. The experience begins with gentle pranayama (breathwork) and seated movement, followed by a full sound spa immersion that supports rest, balance, and renewal.
Sound & Soul is a welcoming and accessible experience, designed for all bodies and all levels of familiarity with wellness practices. Whether you are new to sound healing or returning to it, this session invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Each session begins with a calming seated visualization, gently guiding you inward before transitioning into mindful, flowing movements. Postures are approached at a comfortable pace, allowing space for awareness, alignment, and connection between breath and body.
With options to modify or deepen each movement, the practice is designed to support your individual journey—helping you build strength safely while cultivating presence and relaxation.
You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and aligned—carrying a sense of calm and clarity into the rest of your day.
