Welcome to the Villa Roma Complimentary Access Program.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, issuance, and use of the Villa Roma Experience Voucher ("Voucher") issued by Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center ("Villa Roma," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Villa Roma Complimentary Access Program
The Villa Roma Experience Voucher is issued exclusively through the Villa Roma Complimentary Access Program.
Purchase of an Experience Voucher includes one (1) Complimentary Event Ticket for the designated participating event or activity.
Admission to participating events remains complimentary. The purchase price relates solely to the purchase of the Experience Voucher and is not an admission fee.
2. Experience Value
Each Voucher has an Experience Value equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.
The Experience Value is 100% Redeemable toward eligible purchases at participating Villa Roma locations, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
To help you enjoy the full benefit of your Experience Voucher, Villa Roma encourages guests to redeem the Voucher toward purchases equal to or greater than its Experience Value.
3. Participating Locations
The Voucher may be redeemed at participating Villa Roma locations utilizing the Symphony Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Participating locations may include, but are not limited to:
- Restaurants
- Bars and lounges
- Cafés
- Retail outlets
- Golf facilities
- Spa boutique
- Ski shop
- Other participating Villa Roma locations
Participating locations may change from time to time without prior notice.
4. Eligible Purchases
The Voucher may be redeemed toward eligible goods and services available at participating Villa Roma locations.
Certain products, services, promotional offers, packages, or third-party services may be excluded.
5. Redemption
The Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase by displaying the QR Code or other approved digital credential.
The Voucher is intended for redemption during a single purchase transaction.
If the total purchase exceeds the available Experience Value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted method of payment.
6. Voucher Validity
The Voucher is valid for nine (9) years from the date of issuance, unless a longer validity period is required by applicable law.
Guests may obtain information regarding the Voucher's validity by contacting Guest Services.
7. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, Experience Voucher purchases are final and are not refundable.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
Please treat your Voucher like cash.
Villa Roma is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, or unauthorized use of any Voucher.
Where technically feasible and satisfactory proof of ownership is provided, Villa Roma may, at its sole discretion, replace an unused Voucher.
9. Fraud and Misuse
Villa Roma reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or deactivate any Voucher that has been altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Villa Roma may require reasonable verification before honoring any Voucher.
10. Transferability
Unless prohibited by applicable law, the Voucher may be transferred prior to redemption.
11. Event Changes
If a participating event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, Villa Roma will communicate the options available regarding the Complimentary Event Ticket.
Unless otherwise communicated, the Experience Voucher shall remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.
12. Taxes and Gratuities
Applicable taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the guest unless expressly included in the purchase.
13. Privacy
Villa Roma may collect and process information relating to Voucher issuance and redemption for operational, accounting, fraud prevention, customer service, and legal compliance purposes in accordance with Villa Roma's Privacy Policy.
14. Program Changes
Villa Roma reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Villa Roma Complimentary Access Program for future Voucher issuances.
Such modifications shall not adversely affect previously issued Vouchers except where required by applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Villa Roma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Voucher.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
