Villa Roma Event Dining Voucher Terms & Conditions

• The Villa Roma Event Dining Voucher ("Voucher") is issued exclusively in connection with registration for a participating Villa Roma event or activity.
• Purchase of one Voucher includes one (1) Complimentary Event Ticket for the designated event or activity.
• Admission to participating events and activities remains complimentary. The purchase price relates solely to the Villa Roma Event Dining Voucher.
• Each Voucher has the face value displayed at the time of purchase.
• The Voucher may be redeemed as tender toward eligible in-person food and beverage purchases at participating Villa Roma restaurants, bars, cafés and lounges.
• The Voucher is applied as payment toward the total eligible food and beverage purchase and is not restricted to any specific menu item or beverage.
• The Voucher is redeemable only through participating Villa Roma Food & Beverage outlets during in-person transactions. It may not be redeemed through the Villa Roma website, mobile applications, online ordering platforms or any other e-commerce channels.
• The Voucher is issued solely in connection with the designated event or activity and is not available for standalone purchase.
• The Voucher is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or any longer period required by applicable law.
• The Voucher is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
• If the value of the eligible purchase exceeds the Voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted method of payment.
• The Voucher may not be redeemed toward gratuities, gift cards, additional vouchers or any products or services specifically excluded by Villa Roma.
• Lost, stolen, altered, duplicated or fraudulent Vouchers may not be accepted or replaced except where required by applicable law.
• Villa Roma reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all Vouchers and to refuse redemption of altered, counterfeit, duplicated or otherwise invalid Vouchers.
• Villa Roma reserves the right to modify the Villa Roma Event Dining Program for future events, provided such modifications do not affect Vouchers already issued except as required by law.
