Villa Roma Gift Card & Loyalty Program – Quick FAQs
Villa Roma Gift Cards are prepaid, stored-value cards issued by Fay Hospitality Catskills LLC d/b/a Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center and redeemable only for eligible goods and services sold directly by Villa Roma at its resort property in Callicoon, New York.
Gift Cards are not credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts, are not FDIC insured, and do not carry implied warranties.
- At the Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center front desk or point-of-sale terminals
- Online through Villa Roma’s official website (for digital/e-gift cards, where available)
Gift Cards purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers are not valid and may not be honored.
- Do not expire earlier than nine (9) years from the date of issuance, in accordance with New York law.”
- Do not have dormancy, inactivity, service, or maintenance fees
Loyalty points:
- Do not have cash value;
- Are non-transferable; and
- May be redeemed only toward eligible purchases at Villa Roma.
The expiration of loyalty points is separate from and does not affect the expiration of Gift Card value.

- Resort activities, entertainment, and amenities
- Merchandise sold on property
Certain services or facilities may be available only to registered resort guests. Acceptance may vary by outlet or service.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- Cannot be applied retroactively to charges already paid
- Cannot be used at third-party vendors, affiliates, or off-property locations
- May not be resold without Villa Roma’s express written authorization
Gift Cards cannot be used for online reservations, ticketing systems, e-commerce purchases, or web-only transactions unless Villa Roma expressly enables such functionality in writing.
Guests intending to use a Gift Card toward accommodations are encouraged to notify reservations staff at the time of booking.

Villa Roma will never request payment by Gift Card for taxes, fines, legal matters, emergencies, or threats.
If someone asks you to purchase a Gift Card for these purposes, it is likely a scam.
Villa Roma reserves the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
