Villa Roma Gift Cards are prepaid, stored-value cards issued by Fay Hospitality Catskills LLC d/b/a Villa Roma Resort & Conference Center and are redeemable in person at the resort for eligible goods and services sold directly by Villa Roma, including at the front desk for hotel stays and in-person hotel charges, as well as at Villa Roma point-of-sale terminals.
Gift Cards are not credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts, are not FDIC insured, and do not carry implied warranties.

Loyalty Points are reward points earned through eligible purchases under the Villa Roma Loyalty Program. Loyalty Points are not a form of currency and may only be used as described in these FAQs and the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
