Sound & Soul: A Restorative Sound Healing Experience
Step into a deeply calming, immersive wellness journey at The Villa Roma with Sound & Soul, a guided sound healing experience led by our certified practitioner-in-residence, Lisa Martineli.
This thoughtfully designed session uses layers of therapeutic sound—including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, ZenChimes, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and Indigenous instruments—to gently guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. The experience begins with gentle pranayama (breathwork) and seated movement, followed by a full sound spa immersion that supports rest, balance, and renewal.
Sound & Soul is a welcoming and accessible experience, designed for all bodies and all levels of familiarity with wellness practices. Whether you are new to sound healing or returning to it, this session invites you to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
