Half-Day or Full-Day Personal Vacation Photographer

- Half-Day ( up to 4 hours): $1000 (upto 50 edited pics)
- Full-Day (8 hours): $1500 (upto 100 edited pics)
- Inclusions: Unlimited photos, multiple locations, unedited pics digital copy

- Booking Confirmation: All photography sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to photographer availability.
- Location Coverage: Sessions may take place across multiple resort-approved locations. Subject to availability.
- Usage Rights:
- Guests receive full personal usage rights to all photos. Commercial use requires prior written permission from the resort and the photographer.
- The Villa Roma reserves the right to use photographs taken during photography sessions for promotional purposes on its official social media platforms.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior the scheduled session. Delays beyond 15 minutes may reduce the total session time without compensation.
- Weather Clause: In case of rain or other adverse weather, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Advance Payment Required: Full payment is required before the photography session.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Booking Confirmation: Your session will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details.
- Add-On Charges: Any additional services (e.g., extra edited photos, prints, or extended hours) must be paid at the time of request or billed to your room, if applicable
- Gratuity: Gratuity and taxes are included in the final invoices.,
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling:
- No-Show: Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full booking amount with no refund.
- Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 12 hours in advance. Subject to availability.
