Work is accomplished within departmental procedures but judgment and initiative are frequently exercised. Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before guests or team members.
Bell, Valet Attendant, Room Service Delivery Greet and welcome all of our guests, also biding a fond farewell at departure. Other duties include but are not limited to loading/unloading luggage, maintaining the luggage cart, opening doors, Delivering documents and packages to Guests, or hotel offices. Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Bell services are provided for guests to experience a higher level of service. The ability to read body language requires a certain sophistication and skill to appropriately approach guests to provide service. Must be acutely aware of the balance between formal and casual, professional and friendly.
