What is included in the vacation packages?
For hotel guests' meals, accommodations and entertainment are included along with the use of the facility. Some activities do have nominal fees and they are indicated.

Do we offer day-trips off site to local attractions?
We do offer day trips to local attractions such a Monticello Racino, New York City, Woodbury Commons and a Rafting Trip on the Delaware River. These Trips are scheduled for specific days and some are seasonal. These trips are based on a first come basis and have a minimum participation requirement. All these trips do have nominal fees associated with them. For more information contact the service desk.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
The first night’s stay is required for a deposit when making reservations. To insure confirmation of reservations, a credit card number needs to be given at time of reservation. All deposits are automatically credited toward the last day of your scheduled stay. Deposits will be refunded only if the Cancellation Notice is received at least two weeks prior to scheduled date of arrival.
Early Departures forfeit their deposit.

Do we offer transportation to/from local airports, bus stations, etc?
We do not provide transportation to the hotel but we can make arrangements through local service providers for you. Call (800)533-6767 and ask for the Service Desk.

What types of credit cards are accepted at the resort?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
. A credit card or full payment is required at Check-In.

Do you allow pets?
We do not allow pets, but there are many wonderful kennels in the area. Call (800)533-6767 and ask for the Service Desk for more information.

Where do I check-in?
If you are a hotel guest you check-in at the front desk of the main hotel. If you are a Timeshare guest checking in between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Saturday and Sunday 9am – 8pm you will check in at the Timeshare Office located just beyond the main hotel entrance. If you arrive after the Timeshare office closes then you may check-in at the front desk of the main hotel.

What time is check-in/checkout?
For hotel guests, check- in is at 4pm on your arrival day and checkout is 12pm on your departure day. For our Timeshare guests Sunday check-in is 4pm and checkout is the following Sunday at 10am.

What is the dress code for meals?
Breakfast and lunch are casual; dinner is more formal, no T-shirt, shorts or jeans. Collared shirts and slacks are required for the men and for the ladies dress slacks or dresses areacceptable attire.

Do we offer babysitting services?
Yes, the resort has a list of babysitters available and arrangements can be made through the service desk at (800)533-6767.

Do you have to make reservations for seating in the main dining room?
Yes, you can see the maitre d' on the day of check-in for your seating arrangements throughout your stay. The times and where to make your reservations will be on the daily activities schedule when you check in.

Can we have friends or family dine with us if they are not guests?
Yes, we welcome your guests, but please let the maitre d' know prior to the meal so he/she can make the appropriate seating and payment arrangements.

What if I’m on the golf course during one of my meals?
Breakfast and lunch vouchers are available for the Beechwoods Grill (located off the 18th hole of the golf course). You will need to let your maitre d' know the meal prior to the one you will miss in order to receive the voucher from the maitre d'.

Do you have anniversary or birthday cakes?
Yes, the maitre d' will need to have a 24 hrs advance notice in order for the bakery to fulfill your request. Please see the maitre d' on your check-in day or the day before the special occasion to make the arrangements. There is an additional cost.

Do you accommodate special diets?
Please advise the maitre d' and server, and we will try to accommodate your dietary needs.

What are the hours of Kids Camp?
Camp is provided during the summer season and select holiday periods. Camp times vary depending on the age of the child. Camp begins around 10 am and ends around 4:30 for the younger children and for the teens and preteens we have evening activities that run until 10 pm – 12 am. Camp schedule changes daily.Please check the kids' activities page for specific dates camp is in session.

Who will watch our children while we are at the show?
We have a night care program so mom and dad can sit, relax and watch the show. There is more information on the Children’s Program page.

Do you have cots and cribs?
Yes, we do offer cribs at no additional charge; cots are available only to hotel guests.

Do you have refrigerators in the rooms?
The suites and super deluxe rooms are furnished with refrigerators. It is a $10 per night charge if you would like one in the deluxe or standard rooms. Please request at time of reservation.

Do you have coffee pots in the rooms?
We do not have coffee pots in the rooms, but we do have complimentary coffee for early birds in Caesar’s Cafe

Do you have irons or ironing boards in the rooms?
Yes

Do you have blow dryers in the room?
Not all rooms have blow dryers; a limited number of blow dryers are available at the front desk. A small deposit is required.

When and where do you have to make reservations for the nightly show?
Friday & Saturday are the only nights that reservations are required for the show. Excluding holiday weekends. Reservations are made in the Club Forum and the times the maitre d' is available are listed on the daily activity sheet.

Are the social activities complimentary?
Yes, our social staff provides a full array of fun activities all day long. Some activities have nominal charges like BINGO, horse racing, and arts and crafts. They will be indicated on the daily itinerary if they have additional charges.

Are the social activities for all guests of all ages?
Yes, if there is something that is just for children or adults, it will be specified on the daily activity schedule.

Is there a cost for the hotel and timeshare guests to use the gym?
There is no charge for the Gym for Hotel Guests or Timeshare Guests during their scheduled week. There is a charge for Timeshare Guests on any non-owned weeks.

Do you offer fitness classes, tanning beds and personal training?
Yes, for detailed information please call at (800)533-6767 and ask for the Fitness Center. There are some nominal charges involved.

Do you have newspapers available?
Yes, we have the Daily News, New York Post, New York Times, Bergen Record, USA Today and the Wall Street Journal which can be purchased at the front desk.

Is there a phone charge when using a calling card?
Yes, there is a $.75 access fee for any 800 number or local calls.

Do you have Internet connection?
YES! Villa Roma is happy to announce that we now offer high-speed wireless Internet access. Wi-fi is currently only available in the Main Hotel Common areas, most of the Hotel rooms, and the Outdoor Pool area. Depending on your location signal strength may vary. Integrated wireless card or a wireless card adapter is necessary to make a connection. At the service desk w e have a few wireless – G notebook adapters available for rent at a cost of $10.00 per day. Your connection is established through our web portal. The current rates for a connection is $9.95 for 24 hours (1 Day) of connection time.
